This retreat has been in the making for the last 6 weeks, and finally I can share it!

Every retreat I create is carved specifically with a theme, an intention, a transition and a reason to even consider creating it. This is what happened with this retreat. Women around me kept saying they were "Ok... BUT"

When we spoke more, I was told they are tired, even when they stopped they didn't feel rested.

This confirmed that our lifestyles mean we have forgotten how to 'STOP'... and so... this weekend was designed to support that.

Three days in the hills of Cyprus, in a quiet village surrounded by forest and amazing sea views, and where everything is taken care of. You don't have to plan, organise, or hold anything together.
