The Central Suites The Central Suite is an apartment, centrally located in Nicosia, within a short walk from restaurants, bars, the Old Town and Ledra Street Check Point.

The Central Suite has been recently fully renovated by a young couple both architects , Michalis and Angela , who gave their personal touch. It is on the 3rd floor with double glazed windows for optimized sound and temperature insulation . It is an ample apartment, beautifully decorated, all in Vintage Style, antique furniture and hand-made decorations . The Interior design of the flat was the e

ntire responsibility of Mary Lou shop in Nicosia . The spacious living/dining room has a big dining table (suitable also for conference meetings) and the living room is equipped with 2 sofas, coffee tables, a flat screen TV. It also has a balcony overlooking the surrounding area. An air-conditioning unit is available. The Vintage bedroom with a King size bed, sleeps 2 persons(couple ) and has a private small room with an office which offers view to the city Centre. The Green bedroom with 2 single beds or the two together as a double bed sleeps 2 persons or a couple. A small kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring stove , an electric oven , microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine . It offers also all necessary items for a continental breakfast such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, butter, marmalade and fresh loaf of bread. The Bathroom has a shower cabin and provides all necessary toiletries . SERVICES
Welcoming basket with seasonal fruits , local delicacies and a small bottle bottle of Cyprus wine. Daily cleaning service
Change of linen twice a week
Utilities (water, electricity, wi-fi) included in the price
Free WI-FI in all rooms
Chef for preparing meals , upon request

Rent a car at special rates , upon request
Washing machine, electric iron and ironing board available
All necessary information on activities, sightseeing, car rentals, eating out recommendations. Maps and guidebooks are available in our information desk . Free parking place is available in the building area on a first come ,first served basis .Securing a place is very easy outside business hours but there is ample street side and paid parking within walking distance until a space becomes available. Non –smoking apartment ( open air veranda is available for smoking )
