Φοιτητικός ξενώνας για αυτούς που δεν τους αρέσει ο πολύς θόρυβος. Μεγάλα δωμάτια το καθένα με ξεχωριστό μπάνιο και τουαλέτα. Όλα διαθέτουν κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, τηλεόραση και διάφορα δορυφορικά κανάλια (και nova κτλ. για τους ποδοσφαιρόφιλους) και διαδίκτυο. Οι ένοικοι μοιράζονται τις δυο κουζίνες που διαθέτει ο ξενώνας. Τα μονόκλινα τιμώνται στα 350 ευρώ τον μήνα πλέον κοινόχρηστα (ηλεκτρισμός και νερό) και τα δίκλινα στα 450 ευρώ μηνιαίως πλέον κοινόχρηστα. Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 4-5 λεπτών περπατήματος από το Ευρ. Πανεπιστήμιο. Είναι κανόνας ότι όλοι οι ένοικοι πρέπει να προμηθεύονται τα δικά τους σεντόνια, μαξιλάρια και μαγειρικά σκεύη (τα οποία μπορούν να βρουν σε πολύ φθηνές τιμές από καταστήματα όπως το IKEA).

The perfect place for students who dislike the noisy aspect of university dormitories. Large rooms with wc and bath en suite. The rooms have heating and air conditioning. Each room has a tv set {including cable tv(including LTV[which provides English films, European, English, Greek and Cyprus football], greek NOVA and SKY)}, internet, a bed(s), beside(s), drawers, a desk and chair(s). There are two kitchens which are shared by the tenants. The price for a single room is 350 euro per month and 450 euro per month for a double room(225euro per person) plus common expenses(electricity&water). The guest house is about 5 minutes of walking distance from the European University and 10 mins walking distance from the University of Nicosia. It is also a rule that residents bring their own bedding, bedsheets, pillows and kitchen utensils (which they can find at very low prices at shops such as IKEA).
