Limnaria Villas Limnaria Villas was completed in 2005 is smaller than Limnaria Gardens consisting of two south facing blocks of apartments and 38 terraced/detached villas.

The complex has one large pool and a large sun bathing terrace. Limnaria Villas are located next to Limnaria Gardens and are in the heart of the Kato Paphos tourist area
