☀️ A little piece of paradise, according to Jim & family…

Two weeks in Peyia, sunshine on tap, a private pool, stunning Mediterranean views… and apparently, a very good welcome pack! 😉🍾

We’re always thrilled when guests take the time to share their experience, but reviews like this genuinely mean the world to us.

Jim & his family stayed with us from 29 July – 12 August and described Villa Karapete as:

“Most definitely a home from home (but with the sun!)” ☀️❤️

From the easy booking process and thoughtful little touches, to the peaceful location, fabulous views and that all-important pool for cooling off — we’re so pleased Villa Karapete helped make their family holiday one to remember.

Thank you, Jim & family, for choosing Villa Karapete and for such a lovely review.
We hope to welcome you back to your home from home in the sun very soon! 🌴🇨🇾

🌴A holiday home that gives you more than just a place to stay… 🤍🌴

Every now and then, a guest recommendation comes along that reminds us exactly why we love Villa Del Ray so much.

Marie recently returned from a 5-night stay and shared the loveliest words about her time with us — from arriving after a late flight to finding the villa stocked with fresh bread, ham, cheese, juice and milk, to having a safe, peaceful outdoor space where her children could simply be children and explore. 🥰

And honestly, that’s what we want Villa Del Ray to feel like.

A place where the little things have already been thought about.
A place where families can switch off.
A place where you can enjoy the sunshine, the space and the slower pace of Coral Bay without constantly having to worry. ☀️🌊

We were especially touched to hear how relaxed Marie felt during her stay — something that can mean the world when travelling with children.

Her family had originally discovered Villa Del Ray through another family who return year after year… and now it sounds like we may have another yearly visitor on our hands. 💙

“We will be back.”
We’ll definitely hold you to that, Marie! 😊

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. Reviews like this mean more than you know. 🏡✨
