The house also benefits from air-conditioning throughout, a pressurised water system and private parking is allocated at the rear of the property. We include all necessary electrical items such as a kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine, TV etc. INTERIOR
The modern air conditioned interior offers a clean, modern furnished lounge comprising of 2 sofas, coffee table and TV. The adjoining dining area easily accommodates four people for meals. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including a microwave oven, electric hob and fan oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and stainless steel kettle and toaster. BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The main has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps. There are fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers for adequate storage. It also benefits from a balcony with great views over the pool and coastal scenery

The large pool area has sun loungers and parasols provided. This is a quiet complex and there is plenty of space so it never feels over crowded. It benefits from all day sun. The spacious terrace offers a great area to dine, entertain, or just relax. Furnished with modern table, chairs and parasol, this is the perfect place to unwind. LOCATION
The house is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Peyia Village. To reach it, you take the main road out of Paphos towards Coral Bay. At the junction of Coral Bay you turn right and follow the road up towards Peyia (also spelt Pegia). Continue into the built-up area and just past the police station (before you reach the village) you turn sharp left and turn back on yourself. Travel down the hill for approx 800m and the complex is on the left just after the fork in the road. The villa is less than 5 minutes by car from the beautiful blue flag beach and the bustling town at Coral Bay, and is within walking distance of the village centre of Peyia, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists and other useful amenities. LOCAL AREA
The Coral Bay area and the village of Peyia are only 30 minutes drive from the international airport at Paphos, while Paphos town is only 20minutes drive. A bus service operates along the coast road connecting Coral bay with Kato Paphos and the Tomb of the Kings areas, although a hire car is recommended to explore properly. Travel north up the coast to St George’s and the picturesque Akamas Peninsula where you can visit Turtle Bay or the Coral Bay Bird Park (wildlife centre). There is a go-karting track, water park, water sports, golf and other leisure attractions all within a short drive. For eating out and entertainments, the tourist areas of Coral Bay offer modern contemporary restaurants catering for most tastes and lively bars open until the early hours, whilst the more traditional Tavernas can be found in Peyia and the surrounding towns such as Latchi, Polis and St George. A £100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment is due six weeks before the date of departure from the UK.
