Privately owned and spacious three bedroom villa with its own private pool is situated in the quiet residential area of Konia village. Only a short drive from the popular Paphos harbour and beaches where it has a rich choice of shops, bars , restaurants, and cultural interests. Interiors: The large open plan lounge takes you to an arched doorway into the dining/kitchen area which is very comfortab
le with ample soft seating and a dining table which seats 6. The kitchen/dining area comprises fully fitted kitchen with full-size modern electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. An iron and ironing board are also provided. We have Wifi, flat screen TV with DVD player. The villa has 3 double bedrooms and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 6 adults. The bedrooms are furnished with solid pine beds (the master bedroom having an en-suite together with a double bed and both the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have 2 single beds each). Bed linen is provided along with bath towels. This villa is fully air conditioned. Exteriors: The villa offers two balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the back bedroom viewing the pool and patio area, which is equipped with an outside dining table and chairs under a wooden pergola where there is a traditional Cypriot barbecue in its own designated area. Location: Konia is the nearest village to Paphos harbour. There are 2 Cypriot tavernas, 1 local & friendly bar, 1 kebab house/sandwich bar, a Cypriot coffee shop and a popular kiosk for daily essentials; all within 500 metres from the villa. The villa is a 15 minute drive from Paphos international airport and 1½ hour drive from Larnaca airport. Paphos harbour and communal beach is only a 5 minute drive and the famous Coral bay beach is only a 20 minute drive. The villa is in a central location for all 3 of Cyprus‘ championship golf courses (Tsada, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley) are within a 15/20 minutes drive.
