Marilena Gardens Villa is a beautiful 2 bedroom private property, located just a couple of minutes' walk from Ayia Triada (Triniti) sandy beach. The ground floor features a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable corner sofa and guest WC. The first floor offers a large double bedroom, the family bathroom and a second room with two single beds. A folding bed is als

o available, so the villa can host 4 guests. The garden consists by beautiful mature trees, a large private fenced swimming pool and a big private playground. A wooden playhouse for our little guests is a real pleasure, as well a big variety of garden toys. A safety floor and garden gates surround our playground, so kids can enjoy there time safely as you relax near by the garden. The whole villa is fully air-conditioned and fully equipped. Our aim is to offer you as quality holidays as you can have, offering a variety of features as: free wi-fi internet, 42 inch flat screen TV, cable T.V, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, hair dryer, sun beds and ombrelas, outdoor shower cabin, furnished sun patio, free site parking. BBQ
facilities upon request can be offered. Children facilities: high chair, baby toilet seat, baby cot, bed fence, stair gate, kids garden toys, playground. MINIMUM BOOKING 5 NIGHTS. Special Offers and discounts can be given due to availability, early bookings and prepayments. Including in the price:
• 150kwh electricity per week of stay (extra consumption is charged € 0.25 per kwh)
• Free internet
• Linen for 4 persons (extra linen is charged €10 per person)
