Responsibilities:
Preparation of meals in terms of planning, cooking and finalising buffet dishes
Preparation of all breakfast buffets and correct representation of them
Ensure food preparation areas are clean, sanitized and organised
Regular check-ups of inventory and stock-up
Buffet supervision for correct replenishment of food
Aid the kitchen team in any work for the deliverance of the desired results
Capabilities and Requirements:
Good understanding of food preparation recipes and ability to follow them
Good communication skills and competency in being a part of a team
Ability to adapt to fast fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous tasks
