Ayia Triada (or Trias) is a peaceful fishing harbour near the town of Paralimni. There are no hotels on this stretch of beach making it a unique and much-prized region for locals and tourists alike. The villa is situated a few minutes walk from the beach and a quick drive from the local supermarket and town. There are also a wide selection of bars, restaurants, small supermarkets and shops in near

by Kapparis. The larger towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras are a short drive away as well as the stunning nature reserve of Cape Greco. The fully air-conditioned detached villa features a well-equipped kitchen, an open plan dining area and living room with WIFI, an HD TV and DVD player. Downstairs also has a w/c and from the living area the patio doors open up to a front patio, with access to the main garden featuring BBQ area, garden furniture and Jacuzzi. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and balconies. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and double bed. The second has two single beds and a family bathroom en suite with a bath.
