While our smallest puppies are still too young for Puppy Yoga, they already wanted to get a little taste of it 🐶💛

These tiny souls were found abandoned next to a garbage bin. The two smallest were so young they couldn’t even eat on their own. For the past week we have been hand-raising them with lots of care, warmth and patience.

Watching them grow stronger every day is incredibly special. They have already stolen our hearts.

Soon they will be big enough to run, play and maybe even join some gentle socialisation time with our guests. Until then, they just get cuddles, safety and lots of love.

Sometimes rescue starts with simply giving them a safe place to grow.

A morning at Puppy Yoga Retreat ☀️🐾

Slow mornings, fresh fruit, homemade bowls, good conversations, pancakes! (even when they are not on the photo! 😂) and the peaceful energy of the mountains and the sea.

This is how many days begin here.

We believe healing doesn’t only happen on the yoga mat. It happens in the small moments:
sharing breakfast together, laughing, meeting kind people, spending time with our rescue puppies and simply allowing yourself to slow down again.

Salty air, sandy paws & little rescue souls 🐾🌊

Every morning at 9:00 am, we take our rescue puppies for a gentle Beach Walk at Paphos Harbour. These walks help them socialise, build confidence and simply enjoy being puppies while they wait for their forever homes.

If you would like to meet our newest little souls Henry, Hooper, Amy & Annie, you are very welcome to join us for this special morning routine full of wagging tails, puppy kisses and sea views.

With the participation fee of €25, you directly support the care and food for our puppies while spending a beautiful morning by the sea.

What started as a small dream became something much bigger… ❤️🐾

Puppy Yoga Retreat was never just about yoga. It was always about giving rescued souls a second chance and creating a place where healing happens – for humans and dogs alike.

Until the end of March, 10% of every retreat booking will be donated to the .i.r.s.foundation in Paphos to support their incredible rescue work.

It was all once a wild dream…

A dream that felt bigger than me.
Too uncertain.
Too risky.
Too unrealistic.

A place for healing.
Yoga under the open sky.
Rescue puppies getting a second chance.
Strangers arriving and leaving a little softer than they arrived.

There were moments I almost gave up.

But dreams don’t become real because they are easy.
They become real because you refuse to give up on them.

One of the little souls in my arms in this picture almost didn’t make it.
Just two weeks before, he was nearly killed in a shelter.
Afraid. Hurt. Vulnerable.

And now he sleeps peacefully in my arms while the sun sets over the sea.

There is nothing more beautiful than helping wounded souls feel safe again…
and watching them slowly begin to trust, to play, to love — and to bloom again.

Sometimes I sit here and think:

This once only existed in my heart.

And now it’s real. 🐾
