There’s a certain kind of stillness on our quiet little rustic beach.
To watch the sunlight moving over the water, feel the warm pebbles beneath your feet, hear the slow rhythm of waves folding onto the shore and smell the scent of pine and salt carried on the breeze…. ..a beautiful way to spend some personal quiet or meditation time.

I found this by the side of the rubbish bins in the village and may have enrolled my partner to roll it home.
I guess it was left over from optic fibre installations in the village……how exciting, I’m supposed to be plastering and painting in the house but what can I do with this….oh the possibilities!!

I discovered this lovely piece of rope washed up with the tide whilst beach combing, and it’s made a fabulous border for the garden. Almost everything in the garden is repurposed or a treasure from the beach!

Starting a Sunday with an early morning swim and a cold shower. 🥶
I'm loving my 'inbetweenie' stays at Shambala, a few days between bookings, with time to do maintenance work but also enjoy everything Pomos has to offer when we are not working.
