Cosy accommodation just 35minutes to the Prague centre

For rent an apartment, top floor or a single room.

A lovely two storey apartment with balcony and sitting outside has two bedrooms available a bathroom and a toilet on each floor, just 35 minutes away from the Prague City centre.

It is a comfortable, spacious, fully equipped and safe place that feels like a home. Clean and quiet place and l would like to keep it that way.

The bedrooms and an open work station are upstairs.

Downstairs is a kitchen, living room and dining, plus a balcony.
On one side there is one another bedroom where l stay with my hairless cat, if l am there. It is well divided and no disturbing involved. Contact with me can be minimal or none.

The surroundings of the apartment have breathtaking quarries and ponds for fishing or swimming, winter skating or just sitting on a bench by the water or with calming views. Countless field trails for walks and bikes, forests as well as horseback riding, roller skates, football and tennis courts, outside fitness and multifunctional playground. We are based around fertile fields of vegetable, seeds, grain and a lot of strawberry and raspberry fields.

The connection to the centre of Prague to Masarykovo nadrazi or Hlavni nadrazi is 32 minutes by train from Rostoklaty station. The double-decker takes you there; it's a very comfortable and quiet train. By car to the centre it is approx. 35 minutes. From Brezany ll to Rostoklaty train you can reach by bus in 2 minutes or you can have a beautiful 15 minute walk.

Trains run at peak times every 15 minutes and off peak times every 30 minutes, enter the name Rostoklaty. Buses run only on weekdays from Břežany ll and are not as frequent as the train. Use the APP (PID Litacka) to find transport connections.

Those who like nature, peace or jogging or walking, will love to walk to the train station! It feels like a bridge between noisy and busy lifestyle and a place of peace and quiet where you can easily perceive your natural flow and your breath without distraction. But you can also take your bike, scooter or a car. Parking is free.

You can experience a real sense of home and belonging here. Everyone who loves nature and quiet, celebrates life in an aware and conscious way, is a non smoker, tidy and clean would love to live there. Contract is a matter of course plus a deposit.

Price depends also on the length of stay, number of occupants, and your choice. Suitable for short and long stays.

This place is more than just accommodation, it naturally invites calm, simplicity, and a deeper sense of self-awareness.

Břežany II has a grocery shop open 7 days a week. The local restaurant is with a fireplace, where you can play darts and enjoy a variety of draft beers, also offers sitting in the garden. Quarries, swimming, grazing horses, ponds for fishing, winter skating or just sitting on a bench by the water. Countless field trails for walks and bikes, forest and horseback riding, roller skating, football, tennis or jogging, multipurposes playground. Strawberry and raspberry field for self-harvesting, several playgrounds and kindergarten.

In the Surroundings is popular nature reserve Klepec 7 km, Klánovický forest 10 km, Doubravčice with beautiful forest and trails 20 km. Natural swimming in the lakes (Jevany, Sadská, Poděbrady, Lázně Toušeň 15-20 km. Shopping you can do in Český Brod, Úvaly (Penny, Lidl, Billa and other shops, pastry shops, pizzerias, restaurants ..). The post office is in Rostoklaty.

The connection to the center of Prague at Masaryk station or Main station is 32 min. by train from Rostoklaty. The double train is very comfortable and quiet. By car approx. 40 minutes right to the centre, depends on the traffic. You can get from Břežan ll to Rostoklaty by bus in 2 minutes or you can have a beautiful 15-minute walk or ride a bike, skutr or leave yr car there (for free) ..

Those who love nature, peace, or jogging and walking will love the walks to the train station (it's the time you give to yourself and the beautiful surroundings enhance the sense of belonging, it also feels like a bridge between hectic world and the natural, where you are aware of your breath.

Right now there is one bedroom left and that is the blue bedroom.
From the 10th of December 2018 it will all change and the whole apartment will be free to rent again.
