Fake Reviews on our hotel
Dear Clients,

We recently encountered an issue with a former client, Mrs. Manela Mesanovic, who submitted multiple negative reviews under different accounts. These reviews were all posted on the same date, which strongly suggests that they may not be genuine.

The reviews in question were submitted under the following profiles:

Sanela Mesanovic
Fada Music
Elida Trtovac
Sabina Pasalic
We have sought assistance from Google regarding this matter but have yet to see any action taken even if they know the reviews are fake, please follow the link:

Dear Customers.
Please, appreciate the negative review we got from Mr. David on booking.com:
"The room was disinfected like in a hospital. One gets used to it after a while, but why?"
Disinfection on rooms is our priority.
At the hotel Trevi you can be sure you will not get ill.

- Bed is cold and it seems that no one is taking care of.
