Prague ham, freshly baked potato crisps on a stick, sweet Trdelník pastry, mulled wine or hot Medovina-the delicious honey wine, how does that sound to you? Yummy? Tasty? Worth a walk? Dear guests, tomorrow is a pretty special day. On the November 11th, at 11:11 the bottles of the newly harvested, so called St.Martin's wine will be opened in the restaurants across Czech Republic. Traditionally, it is said that St. Martin arrives on a white horse (the white horse stands for snow) and brings the winter in. The st. Martin's wine is served with some specials like the baked gheese with dumplings and sauerkraut. If you are up to tasting some young wine, go to the restaurants with this logo, tomorrow, after 11:11 AM :)

It is sunny outside! And what is more, the Husobranní and Cider fest is in progress right now in Náplavka, Vltava's riverside. Enjoy the cold and hot ciders with specialities of geese. More than 800 geese will be baked or cooked in various ways for you to enjoy! Let the receptionist show you where Smíchovská Náplavka is, and set off now! :)

You better go today, as there will not be so many people during the first night of the festival :)
