Wonderful birthday celebration
My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. We couldn’t have wished for more.
The hotel was in a fantastic location, with the Old Town area just a 10 minute stroll away. What’s more, there are some wonderful restaurants very close by.
The hotel itself was fabulous. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was nicely sized and comfy.
Breakfast was served daily and there was plenty of choice of hot and cold breakfast items. I loved the traditional Prague ham. We also had a late lunch in the restaurant on our last day and the slow roasted ribs that I had were probably the best I’ve ever had.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there. He was touched that the hotel took the trouble to commemorate the happy occasion. Firstly, he was presented with a cake with a candle at breakfast time. When we popped back to our room later that day to freshen up for the evening, we found a box of macaroons and a letter on our bed. We have been away at the same time for the past several years in different locations but the Hotel UNIC has been the first hotel to do something. The care and attention to detail shown will stay with me forever. If I ever visit this beautiful city again, I will definitely be staying here. I work in the travel industry, so I will definitely be recommending the Hotel UNIC to my colleagues and friends.
