♻ Díky podpoře z projektu EENergy mohli majitelé LH Vintage Design Hotel Sax, Hotel SAX a. s., pořídit do hotelu novou myčku nádobí a moderní výkonný konvektomat pro přípravu pokrmů. 🌏💧

Nová myčka díky nejmodernějším technologiím ušetří až 50 % energie, vody a chemických prostředků oproti původnímu modelu, což výrazně přispívá k ekologičtějšímu provozu hotelu. Konvektomat navíc šetří nejen energii, ale i čas potřebný na přípravu pokrmů, což zefektivňuje provoz a zvyšuje kvalitu služeb.

♻Thanks to the support from the EENergy project, the owners of LH Vintage Design Hotel Sax, Hotel SAX a. s., were able to acquire a new dishwasher and a modern, high-performance combi oven for meal preparation.

The new dishwasher, equipped with cutting-edge technology, saves up to 50 % of energy, water, and chemical agents compared to the previous model, significantly contributing to the hotel’s more eco-friendly operations. Additionally, the combi oven not only conserves energy but also reduces the time required for meal preparation, improving efficiency and enhancing the quality of service.
