The father of Havlíček Gardens or Grébovka is Moritz Gröbe, who built the park in 1871-1888 in the proximity of his magnificent Neo-Renaissance villa. 🏠 In the park you will find a fountain with a water cascade, a pond, pavilions, Gröbe’s villa, statues and a charming artificial cave (grotto). 🌳🌱 Grébovka park is also famous for its vintage that takes place every year. 🍇🍷

⚜️ Among people it’s still refered to as “Stalin” because between the years 1955-1962 there was a huge scuplture of Stalin as a thank you to the Red Army, which liberated Czechoslovakia, and at the same time as a cult of personality - an adoration of political personality.

Nowadays this place is famous for its beautiful views of Prague and many cultural events that take place there, such as concerts. 🎸

We always try to improve our services that we can offer you. With each bed you get a key also for your own locker where you can safely lock your belongings. 🔐 If you feel like you need more storage you can use lockers that are under 24/7 surveillance. 🎥

We also offer towels and you can buy drinks at the reception. 🧃🥤🍾 You can also ask for board games or we can print your plane ticket for your next adventure!⭐️
