- Speakers with Sonido drivers one full range and one base driver 300mm dia. This is a 2 way setup with 1st order crossover.

- Cables all cables are Belden except Turntable cable which is stock Denon cable.

I have been using single-ended tube amps with 2a3 tubes and 300b tubes for the last many years and when I was looking for VA880 I was worried as this is not class A so how it will sound etc.

When I started listening it gave me a big surprise as its totally engaging amplifier and I can spend hours listening without bothering about which class amp.

But I will say this is the sound which I was looking for in my room for the last many years.

The base response is so prominent that many times I have heard either this is over or not adequate at people blaming the recording. In actual case it's not. I am happy I got overall synergy to the system even though my speakers are around 96DB on paper.
