The Residence contains a total of 12 Business suites of approx. 35 m2, 6 Executive suites with a separate bedroom of approx. 40 m2 and 7 Executive De Lux suites with higher standard of equipment of approx. 60 m2. Out of the 7 Executive De Lux suites, two suits have 2 separate bedrooms and one suite is a Presidential apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms spread over a total area of 97 m2.
