Let me propose you my completely reconstructed apartment "TYNSKA 622/17 – Double Bedroom Luxury Apartment”
The apartment is located on a quiet street, with a beautiful view over the towers of TYN CHURCH. Right near, you'll reach the OLD TOWN SQUARE and the ASTRONOMICAL CLOCK, which are literally two steps distance (under 1 min walking from the apartment)
All the main sights of PRAGUE OLD TOWN are within a short walking distance, as well as the best Restaurants, Cafes, Clubs & Bars in the City

1. THE SPACE:
“TYNSKA 622/17 - Double Bedroom Luxury Apartment” is spacious and it was designed to be welcoming and comfortable.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, fridge & freezer, coffee maker, traditional espresso-coffee maker and all the kitchenware needed for your comfortable cooking.
There is a washing machine and a drying rack, if you wish to do your own laundry and also an iron with ironing board.
The apartment has two bedrooms with spacious wardrobes, to store your luggage and clothes comfortably.
Each bedroom has got its own bathroom to ensure the complete privacy in the case of two couples renting the apartment together.
The apartment is equipped with bed linens, towels and basic toiletries, all at the disposal of the Guests.

2. THE GUESTS` ACCESS:
The whole apartment is at the disposal of my Guests.
There is also a nice, green, interior courtyard in the back of the building, where you can chill out a little after a whole day of walking.

3. THE INTERACTION WITH MY GUESTS:
I am always available on: E-Mail / Fcbk / WhatsApp / SMS / Phone for all my Guests before their arrival, for any inquiries related to: the trip, the apartment, the city, etc., and of course all the time during your stay in Prague as following: anytime by E-Mail / Fcbk / WhatsApp / SMS/ Phone, or directly in person, if necessary, and if I am not out of Prague.

4. THE OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Prague Municipality Mandatory Requirements (ID-FORM and TOURISM-FEE):
1.) An ID-FORM, similar to standard hotel-check-in-forms, with your basic identification data should be filled-in at your arrival (as a mandatory requirement from Prague Municipality, which has the power to check these forms at any time). Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete this form that you will find in the apartment upon your arrival.
2.) The Municipality of Prague also imposes a TOURISM-FEE of 15 CZK (approx. 0,6 EUR) per night per person to all its Airbnb visitors/tourists. This fee should be collected in cash, upon arrival, by the owner of the apartment directly from his Guests and then paid to the Municipality on a monthly basis. Unfortunately this fee cannot be included (yet) in your initial Airbnb payment by credit card, so it has to be paid in cash here in Prague.
Transfer between Apartment and Airport/Main-Train-Station/Main-Bus-Station:
In order to make your stay in Prague as smooth as possible, I will gladly provide all the information on how to reach the apartment by: Public Transport, Taxi/Uber or reliable Transfer Shuttle Service.
I can alternatively provide to my Guests the transfer service from/to the Airport/Main-Train-Station/Main-Bus-Station. The price for 1 transfer is 750 CZK (30 EUR) from/to the Airport (Vaclav Havel Airport) and 500 CZK (20 EUR) from/to the Main-Train-Station (Hlavni Nadrazi) or the Main-Bus-Station (Autobusové Nádraží Florenc). However, this option is valid only for 4 persons with cabin-sized luggage (or 2-3 persons with bigger luggage) because my car is a Touring/Combi BMW 3 Series, therefore the luggage space is limited to the up-mentioned dimensions. If your luggage is bigger or I am out-of-town (or not available), the specialized Transfer Shuttle Services are also very reliable.

5. THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The apartment is situated right near the "OLD TOWN SQUARE" & "ASTRONOMICAL CLOCK" (under 1 min. walking distance), in the very vicinity of beautiful "TYN CHURCH", whose towers can be seen from the windows of the apartment. The location of the apartment is in a very quiet, low-traffic, one-way & closed-end street. I will be pleased to provide you with all the information needed, as well as my recommendations where to go for dinner, lunch or breakfast. Right next door there is also the famous bar " TYNSKA BAR & BOOKS", which was the first overseas enterprise of the New York's "BAR & BOOKS" Franchise here in Prague.

6. THE “GETTING AROUND THE APARTMENT”:

- STAROMESTSKA -> 6-7 minutes of walking (600 m) from the apartment
- NAMESTI REPUBLIKY -> 4-5 minutes of walking (450 m) from the apartment.
PARKING options near the apartment:

On the streets near the apartment (marked with white-lines on the asphalt): time-slots of max. 2 h or max. 6 h, depending of the parking spot, in the interval from 08:00 to 18:00 (8 am-6 pm), and free parking during evening/night from 18:00 to 08:00 (6 pm-8 am). The parking fees are between: (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) CZK/hour (1,2 - 2,4 EUR/hour) depending on location. The maps indicating the nearby locations of the Paid Public Short-Term Parking are available on request, prior to your arrival, by E-Mail or Whats App.

Please search on Internet for the website: "Mr. Parkit Prague" to reach all the details about the private long term parking option. Online reservation in advance is very recommended, due to the fact that, most of the times (during high-season especially), the nearest location to the apartment which is "Panska 2" (400 m of walking distance to the apartment) may be fully-booked if you try on-the-spot or same-day reservation.

7. THE HOUSE MANUAL:
- Free Wi-Fi is available (also from the street, in front of the building).
- Operating instructions for the Satellite TV and all the appliances in the apartment are available in the "HOUSE MANUAL" of the apartment, which can be easily found on the rack under the TV set, in the living room.
- Also, if needed, the COMPLETE USER MANUALS of the appliances in the apartment can be delivered in electronic format (by E-Mail or WhatsApp) at any time, upon request.

8. THE HOUSE RULES:
GENERAL MATTERS:
- The apartment is suitable for children (2-12 years)
- The apartment is suitable for infants (under 2 years)
- Strictly NON-SMOKING apartment.
- There are NO PARTIES allowed in the apartment at any time.
- Strictly NO PETS.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Standard Check-In hours are: 15:00 h - 22:00 h (3:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
- Standard Check-Out hour is: 10:00 h (10:00 am).
The Check-In / Check-Out hours are flexible if there are no bookings in the previous or next day.
However, I believe that the best way is to exchange as much information as possible on this topic in a due time manner.
So, I kindly ask all my Guests to communicate with me and to be as precise as possible concerning: the time of arrival / leave, as well as all the arrival / leave details, in order to avoid any unpleasant waiting periods.
