Co vás u nás čeká?
• koordinace každodenního provozu nemovitostí
• komunikace s majiteli, nájemci, SVJ, dodavateli a interním týmem
• koordinace oprav, údržby a technických záležitostí
• vedení a koordinace Field Operations Coordinatora
• pravidelné kontroly spravovaných nemovitostí
• nastavování priorit, delegování úkolů a jejich dotažení do konce
• práce s provozními náklady, systémy a dokumentací
• prostor aktivně zlepšovat naše procesy a fungování Operations týmu
Hledáme samostatného, organizovaného a proaktivního člověka se selským rozumem, smyslem pro detail a dobrou schopností řešit problémy. Zkušenosti z operations, hospitality, property nebo facility managementu jsou velkou výhodou.

🇬🇧 WE’RE HIRING! | Senior Property Operations Specialist 🏡
We are looking for a new colleague to join the easyBNB Premium team as a Senior Property Operations Specialist.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys organisation, communication and practical problem-solving and who is ready to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operations of our portfolio of 65+ premium properties in Prague.
What will you be responsible for?
• coordinating the daily operations of our properties
• communicating with property owners, tenants, building associations, suppliers and our internal team
• coordinating repairs, maintenance and technical issues
• coordinating and supervising our Field Operations Coordinator
• regularly inspecting managed properties
• setting priorities, delegating tasks and making sure they are completed
• monitoring operational costs and working with internal systems and documentation
• continuously improving processes within our Operations team
We are looking for someone organised, independent and proactive, with strong practical judgement, attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Previous experience in operations, hospitality, property management or facility management is a strong advantage.
