Coronavirus Update

Dear Guests, due to the current state of emergency measures in the Czech Republic, we are forced to close the hotel. If you have a prepaid reservation with us for this or next week, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will offer to rebook the stay for a future date.
We will try to resolve issues relating to later arrival dates closer to the date of stay as the situation evolves rapidly. Any reservation modifications have to be done by email. We endeavour to be able to answer all calls, that however is sometimes not possible under the current circumstances. Therefore, if you cannot reach us by phone, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will reply as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

The Czech Republic is under general quarantine until at least 24 March 2020, 6 a.m. All stores and services with the exception of grocery shops, drugstores, pharmacies, electronics stores, gas stations, newsstands and everyday household supplies are closed to the public. Residents are required to abstain from leaving home unless they need to go to work, buy food and medicine, go to banks, post offices, or to the doctor. Visiting parks is allowed on condition that social distancing is practised. Public transport operates as usual; face masks (or improvised equivalents) are required on Prague public transit as of 17 March.

Until further notice, all foreign nationals are prohibited from entering the country, along with Czech nationals and residents prohibited from leaving the country. Proven work commutes, deliveries and cargo are exceptions, as well as permanent residents returning home. Stay safe and healthy and visit us in better times!

One World

The international festival featuring documentary films on human rights is currently the largest documentary festival focused on human rights in the world. Organised by People in Need, the festival works with a broad definition of human rights, and therefore in addition to films about political causes and development themes, the programme also includes films about social issues, the environment and lifestyles.
One World is a place to exchange views and experience, the audience will have an opportunity to discuss the films with their creators as well as professionals in specific areas.

Early Spring at Prague Castle

The picture Olympian Gods of Peter Paul Rubens was selected to be the topic of the popular bulbous plants’ exhibition at Prague Castle. The picture itself will be surrounded by the above-mentioned flowers. The visitors can look forward to a unique exhibition, where they will be amazed by the beauty of art and nature as well as delightful scents.
