The MANI restaurant at hotel MANI sends it's visitors on a culinary journey from Tel Aviv to Paris with an exquisite selection of french-israeli cuisine, inspired by tastes of the Mediterranean. Particularly noteworthy are the "Chuzpeles", appetizers which are put in the table's center and are best shared: from saffron fennel to roastbeef with hummus to clam chowder, everything is possible that lets the culinary heart beat faster. Apart from the food a highlight is the green marble fireplace, which gives the MANI restaurant it's very special atmosphere and slightly reminds of his famous relative, the ever-trendy AMANO Bar.
