As main course, the Holstein veal fillet with BBQ glaze, asparagus, beetroot and Frankfurt green herbs brings together the menu’s signature seasonal flavors. The finale is Pavel Tanev’s Jardin de Rhubarbe, combining rhubarb textures, vanilla crème, almond, lime and strawberries in a refreshing and elegant dessert.✨
