انه لمن دواعى فخرى وسرورى ان اكون اول شخص كتب واصدر اول دليل و الوحيد من نوعه حتى ألآن عن ألمانيا .

أصدرت هذا ألكتاب فى عام 1985 بعد عامين ونصف عام من العمل ألشاق.ومع ذلك شعرت بالسعادة آنذاك نظرا للنجاح الذى حققه انتشار هذا ألدليل. دليل سفر فريد من نوعه عن ألمانيا بأللغة ألعربيه وأللغة ألألمانية.

لم يكن من ألسهل فى ذلك ألوقت جمع ألمعلومات وجمع

كافة ألبيانات عن ألشركات وألفنادق وألمطاعم وخلافه فى 25 مدينه المانية. لقد كانت ألمانيا فى ذلك ألوقت منقسمه الى دولتين وهما ألمانيا ألغربيه وألمانيا ألشرقيه وعليه فان ألمعلومات فى ألطبعة ألأولى كانت عن ألمانيا ألغربيه فقط.

لقد لقى هذا ألدليل قبول منقطع ألنظير من قبل ألشركات والهيئات ألحكومية ألألمانيه وألقراء ألعرب بألأضافه الى سعادة كل زائر عربى الى ألمانيا حصل على نسخه من هذا ألدليل سواء عن طريق ألشراء أو عن طريق شركة ألخطوط ألألمانية لوفتهانزا. لقد تلقيت ألعديد من رسائل ألشكر وألأعجاب لهذه ألفكرة ألممتازه وهذا ألدليل ألمفيد لآى زائر عربى الى ألمانيا فى لك ألوقت وهذا ما دفعنى الى تحقيق رغبة ألعديد من ألقراء لأصدار طبعه جديده من هذا ألدليل.

لقد تغير ألزمن وأصبح ألعالم كألقرية ألصغيره وأصبح يقترب الى بعضه ألبعض كل يوم. لذلك أعتقد أنها فكرة جيدة اصدار طبعه جديدة فى شكل أفضل وتحتوى على مزيد من ألمعلومات عن ألمانيا.

أنه ليسعدنى وبعد فترة طويلة من ألزمن أن نعمل على اصدار طبعة جديدة فى ألأنترنت أولأ وفيما بعد فى صورة كتاب وبصورة افضل بكثير من ألطبعة ألسابقه للدليل ألعربى لألمانيا.وندعو ألله ألتوفيق.

It is my pleasure and my pride to be the first person who wrote and issued the first and the unique bilingual German-Arabic guide about Germany. Since then this unique bilingual travel guide about Germany in both Arabic and German “Deutschland - ein Reiseführer für Araber. Germany’s travel guide for Arabs” has made a number of valuable contributions to the business relations between Germany and the Arab speaking countries. At that time Germany was divided into two countries (East Germany and West Germany). As the author is a resident of West Germany, the first edition was about this part only. It was not easy then to gather information about 25 towns in Germany and to collect all the data about companies, accommodation, restaurants etc. However, this guide was very successful and has enjoyed an excellent reputation both in Germany and in the Arabic countries. I have received many thankful letters for that excellent idea and for that useful guide and many requests to publish a new edition of that book. Everyone who obtained a copy of that book was very happy to have all the information he needed for a visit to Germany as a tourist or as a businessman. Times have changed and the world is becoming smaller and closer every day. Therefore I thought it a good idea to publish a new edition in a better shape so that you, the reader, might have more and updated information about Germany. Ayoub Mohamed Ayoub

Deutschland, ein Reiseführer für Araber

Es erfüllt mich mit Freude und Stolz, als erste Person in Deutschland den einzigen Deutschland-Reiseführer auf Deutsch und Arabisch herausgegeben zu haben. Ich habe dieses Buch nach zweieinhalb Jahren intensiver Arbeit im Jahr 1985 als einzigen Deutschland-Reiseführer dieser Art auf Arabisch und Deutsch veröffentlicht. Dieser Reiseführer hat viele Erfolge in den arabischen Ländern und in Deutschland erzielt. Insbesondere führte er zu einer Vielzahl an positiven Geschäftsbeziehungen zwischen Deutschland und den arabischen Ländern. Außerdem haben viele Leser mich gebeten, eine zweite Ausgabe zu veröffentlichen. Deswegen werde ich eine neue Ausgabe zunächst als Onlineversion und später in Printform veröffentlichen. Aufgrund der Teilung Deutschlands enthielt die erste Auflage des Buches nur Informationen über West-Deutschland. Es war zu jener Zeit nicht einfach, Informationen über 25 Städte in Deutschland zu sammeln und alle Daten über Firmen, Hotels, Restaurants etc. Trotzdem war dieser Reiseführer sehr erfolgreich und genoss einen ausgezeichneten Erfolg sowohl in Deutschland, als auch in den arabischen Ländern. Ich habe viele dankbare Briefe für diese ausgezeichnete Idee und für diesen nützlichen Leitfaden bekommen, verbunden mit der Anregung eine aktualisierte Ausgabe des Buches zu veröffentlichen. Jeder, der ein Exemplar dieses Buches in dieser Zeit erhalten hat, war sehr glücklich alle Informationen, die er bei seinem Besuch in Deutschland als Tourist oder als Geschäftsmann braucht, zu haben. Die Zeiten haben sich geändert, die Welt wird jeden Tag kleiner und die Menschen rücken enger zusammen. Deshalb dachte ich es sei eine gute Idee, in naher Zukunft eine neue Ausgabe in einer noch ansprechenderen Form herauszugeben und mehr Informationen über Deutschland zu veröffentlichen.

12-Düsseldorf: catwalk of Germany.
Düsseldorf becomes the focus of the fashion world when the city reveals the latest in designer fashion and high-street trends. 'The Gallery Düsseldorf' emerged from Igedo (the world's biggest fashion show in its day) and is now a biannual event that attracts international fashion designers and buyers in their droves to the Rhine city.
It's here that the industry decides what's going to be big next season. Düsseldorf is, after all, the fashion capital of Germany. More than 800 showrooms present the latest designer and couture creations, and not just during trade show times. Königsallee, meanwhile, is lined with exclusive boutiques, where it's all too easy to succumb to temptation in the name of fashion. The enticing names of Marco Polo, Hugo Boss, Strellson and Calvin Klein are in good company alongside Armani, Bulgari, Gucci, Jil Sander, Prada, Tiffany & Co. and Versace, forming a stronghold of refined taste.
Königsallee is one of only a handful of internationally regarded streets that can justifiably call themselves a boulevard. Known affectionately as 'Kö', this street is the beating heart of the fashion city, a veritable catwalk lined by beautiful old chestnut trees. Here it's about seeing and being seen, and putting your best foot forward. But the Kö is not the only place to get your fill of fashion and shopping; if you have a taste for the finer things in life, you'll love every bit of Düsseldorf. There's Schadowstrasse, for example, or Carlstadt, an idyllic quarter of antique shops, galleries and art dealers. And, of course, the old town, whose laid-back vibe has attracted unconventional fashion boutiques and numerous alternative stores. The old town also has an abundance of pubs, bars and clubs that gives it the nickname of 'the longest bar in the world' and offers ample opportunity to relax and unwind after hitting the shops. Or simply to model your latest purchases.
The city center’s many shopping arcades mean that wet weather needn't stand in the way of a shopping spree. Schadow Arkaden, Sevens, Kö Galerie and stilwerk offer a winning combination of quality and variety, as well as plenty of space. The Kö-Bogen mall is set to open soon and promises to be another jewel in the city's luxury shopping crown. Even if you're looking for something with a smaller price tag, you'll still be spoilt for choice in Düsseldorf. For example, there are the Düsseldorf arcades around Lorettostrasse, or the hip Flingern quarter with its trendy, offbeat offerings. But it would be doing a disservice to Düsseldorf to describe it only as a fashion and shopping mecca. The city has so much more to offer. Culturally minded travelers are particularly well catered for, with events such as the Old Town Autumn attracting tens of thousands of visitors. Düsseldorf also prides itself on its theatres, concert halls, art galleries and places of historical interest, as well as its magnificent parks and gardens. The museums and the acclaimed Düsseldorf Arts Academy add to the city's reputation as a hub of culture, and every four years the international art world turns its attention to Düsseldorf for the Quadrennial with its high-calibre exhibition programme.
Düsseldorf is home to Europe's third-largest Japanese community after London and Paris. The vibrant Japanese quarter is centered around Hotel Nikko on Immermannstrasse, where you can find Japanese supermarkets, bookshops, restaurants and much more besides. And if all that fashion, shopping and culture leaves you feeling worn out, you can head to Burgplatz to unwind in style. One of Germany's most beautiful squares, this is the ultimate weekend and evening hangout for the people of Düsseldorf. So sit back with a glass of altbier, look out to the Rhine and just enjoy the moment. And if you happen to notice that the passers-by are exceptionally well dressed, then you can probably guess where they've done their shopping.

12- دوسيلدورف : بين ألأناقه وحاناة الجعه القديمه
لا تقع دوسيلدورف، عاصمة ولاية شمال الراين وستفاليا، كما يعتقد كثيرون، على نهر الراين بالمعنى الدقيق للكلمة، ولكنها تطل على نهر صغير اسمه دوسيل. ومن يقم بجولة إلى قلب المدينة القديمة الأصلي الواقع بين باسيليقا لامبيرتوس وبرج القصر، سيكتشف النهر الصغير دوسيل الذي يسري مختبئاً بعض الشيء بين زقاق ليفر وميدان بورج بلاتس. لم يكن تفكير أحد قديماً متجهاً إلى أن تصبح المدينة مركزاً للاقتصاد وألوان الموضة والمعالم الثقافية ذات الأهمية العالمية - لكنها موجودة بالفعل على نهر الراين.
مساءً في الحانة، ونهاراً في المتحف

أعد سكان دوسيلدورف لعشاق الأدب اسمين كبيرين: هاينريش هاينه ويوهان فولفجانج فون جوته. يكرس معهد هاينريش هاينه جهوده لإبراز حياة الشاعر وأعماله الأدبية، ويذكرنا بابن المدينة العظيم من خلال ما تركه الشاعر من مكتبة زاخرة والكثير من المعارض الثقافية. لا تزال روح عصره حية في متحف جوته الذي يضم العديد من التماثيل التي تذكرنا بهذه العقلية العبقرية الجبارة.
وضمن فئة العباقرة يندرج أيضاً روبرت شومان وفيليكس ميندلسزون بارتولدي ويوهانس برامز الذين قاموا في دوسيلدورف بالتأليف الموسيقي وقيادة الفرق الموسيقية - وهكذا اكتسبت دوسيلدورف سمعتها العالمية كمدينة موسيقية. والآن تزدهر الحياة الموسيقية الكلاسيكية بصفة خاصة في قاعة تونهاله الموسيقية وقاعة روبرت شومان وصالة موسيقى الغرف في قصر فيتجنشتاين. كذلك فإن عشاق العصور والاتجاهات الأسلوبية الأخرى يتوافدون إلى المدينة الكبرى على نهر الراين ليجدوا ما يرضي أذواقهم جميعاً، مثل هواة الاستماع إلى الفرقة الموسيقية "توتن هوزن". لا يوجد ممثلون للكلاسيكية، ولكن الآن كلهم كلاسيكيون على الإطلاق. توجد أغلب الدور الفنية الشهيرة في دوسيلدورف على محور واحد يمتد من المركز الثقافي إيرنهوف إلى مبنى شتينده هاوس. تعتبر المباني العريقة، مثل إيرنهوف الذي يحمل طابع عصر التعبيرية ومتحف الفن K20 ومبنى شتينده هاوس بقبته الزجاجية، بمثابة روائع فنية تستحق الزيارة على امتداد هذا المحور.
الحدائق الترحابة وأحد أجمل الميادين الألمانية
من يصيبه بعض الإرهاق من أجواء الفن والثقافة يمكنه معايشة الاسترخاء في العديد من الحدائق العديدة ذات المناظر الخلابة. مثل حديقة هوفجارتن التي تم إقامتها وسط الأشجار والبرك الصغيرة والنافورة الرومانسية، أو في حديقة لانتسش المقامة على نمط الحدائق الانجليزية حول دار نبيل كلاسيكي. وفي النهاية فإن حديقة نوردبارك ربما تعتبر أجمل حديقة في المدينة: بساتين الأزهار الشاسعة الأثرية والألعاب المائية والحديقة اليابانية ومروج الألعاب والاستلقاء والحديقة المائية أكوازو، كلها تكوّن أضلاع هيكل الجمال الذي يربط بين الطبيعة ومتعة قضاء أوقات الفراغ. أما النوع الأخير من الاسترخاء فيمكن معايشته في ميدان بورج بلاتس من خلال الجلوس في إحدى الحانات القديمة والنظر إلى نهر الراين. صار الميدان المحيط ببرج القصر واحداً من أجمل الميادين الألمانية. الكيفية التي ينظر بها المرء لها أسبابها. على الدرج المتصل في الهواء الطلق يتلاقى كل أهالي دوسيلدورف عقب انتهاء يوم عملهم وفي عطلات نهاية الأسبوع. وفجأة يعرف المرء من أين جاءت سمعة المدينة الهادئة

9-Bremen and Bremerhaven: the city, the countryside and the sea.
Bremen: a regional capital and trading city with a long-standing maritime heritage. Bremerhaven: 1,000 years Bremen's junior but still steeped in history and with many tales to tell. These two cities together form Germany's smallest federal state – a world of experiences that is cosmopolitan, welcoming and full of pleasures, open to the new and respectful of the old.
Bremen's history goes back more than 1,200 years and is perfectly encapsulated by the baroque and Renaissance ensemble on the market square, home to the UNESCO World Heritage Town Hall and Roland statue, patrician town houses and the Schütting, Bremen's historical guildhall. Sightseers won't even need a map to find their way around. Two thousand nails made of brass and steel guide visitors from the courtyard of the Church of our Lady via the market square to Böttcherstrasse. Once a tradesmen's alley, this narrow lane is now a center for art and culture, and a jewel in the crown of European cultural history. The people here appreciate the finer things in life – internationally renowned coffee, chocolate of the highest quality, rare spices, tasty fish specialties and, of course, world-class beers. These can all be found in the city's charming shops, where time seems to have stood still, or in more than 1,000 cafés, restaurants, bistros and bars. Just 60 kilometers downstream lies Bremerhaven, first established in 1827. From its port, millions of emigrants stole their last glance at Europe before going in search of a better life in America. Many found it, others failed. The German Emigration Centre® recounts their fates in fascinating multimedia exhibits that bring their great adventures back to life. By contrast, the Harbour Worlds complex is rooted firmly in the present day. Here you will find ATLANTIC Hotel SAIL City with its bold curved design, Klimahaus® Bremerhaven 8° Ost and the German Maritime Museum – three absolute must-sees.
Not far from the Maritime Museum is a fountain featuring a small gnome-like character known as the Klabautermann (water sprite). According to folklore this barely two-foot tall imp is the spirit of someone who died and whose soul took up residence in a tree. Should this tree become a mast of a ship, the spirit will transform into a Klabautermann, a welcome figure – in spite of all his bad moods and terrible jokes – because he watches over the ship and its crew. A charming legend – and a classic example of Bremerhaven's maritime heritage. You can find out about life at sea, and about the past, present and future of the entire region at the centrally located History Museum, whose bold, visionary architecture is a standout feature of one of the prettiest and most tranquil parts of this port city. Back in Bremen, another unusual exhibition building is the Weserburg, Bremen's museum of modern art. It is housed in four converted warehouses in the middle of the river and enjoys international acclaim as one of Germany's biggest contemporary art galleries and Europe's first collectors' museum. Staying by the water, the very modern Schlachte is Bremen's newly regenerated promenade alongside the Weser. There's always a great buzz here in the delightful beer gardens and outdoor eating areas – and all with beautiful riverside views, of course. If you find yourself heading back towards the nearby market square from here, don't forget to pay your respects to the Bremen Town Musicians, the world-famous characters from the Brothers Grimm fairytale. Touching the donkey's legs is said to bring good luck, but remember to use both hands. As far as the locals are concerned, using only one hand is simply a case of two donkeys shaking hands. And no visitor to Bremen deserves that!

9- بريمن : مدينة ألموسيقيين والمدينه القديمه
مدينة حديثة في قلب الحياة بماض بحري عريق: هذه الجذور جعلت من المدينة مكاناً ذا صبغة دولية ومنفتحاً على العالم. يحمل الحوار المتبادل بين السكان هناك ملامح الحرية والتسامح التي نشأت وتطورت عبر مئات السنين. ويمكن استشعارها في جميع الأحوال: الأمور هنا على ما يرام. الحفاظ على القديم وتجربة الحديث - هذا هو مبدأ بريمن للنجاح منذ القدم.
تاريخ يمكن استشعاره وحمار يلبي جميع الأمنيات.
أكثر من 1200 عاماً تحكي قصة تاريخ المدينة الذي يمكن استشعاره بشدة في المجموعة الفنية الإبداعية بطراز عصري الباروك والنهضة في ميدان ماركتبلاتس الذي يضم أيضاً مبنى البلدية وتمثال رولاند، بالإضافة إلى بيوت النبلاء و"شوتينج"، الغرفة التجارية العريقة لمدينة بريمن. ولا حتى خريطة المدينة تعد ضرورية للقيام بجولة لمشاهدة أهم المعالم السياحية: يوجد 2000 مسمار من الصلب وسبائك الزنك والنحاس تمتد من فناء كنيسة فراونكيرشه عبر ميدان ماركتبلاتس وصولاً إلى شارع بوتشر، الذي كان قديماً زقاقاً للأعمال اليدوية، والآن هو بمثابة مركزاً فنياً وثقافياً والنور المضيء لتاريخ الثقافية الأوروبية. كما يستطيع زائر مدينة بريمن أن يقابل الموسيقيين هناك على طريق "ناجل روته". الأسطورة مشهورة في العالم كله وهي وثيقة الارتباط بالأخوين جريم، مثل مبنى البلدية ورولاند. كما أنه يمكن جلب الحظ السعيد من خلال ملامسة أرجل الحمار الأسطوري، الأمر الذي إذا تم تنفيذه على النحو السليم يتم تلبية إحدى الأمنيات. ومن الأمور المهمة عندئذ أن يتم حك أرجل الحمار برقة بكلتا اليدين. ويقول أهل بريمن أنه إذا استخدم الزائر يداً واحدة قط، فسوف يرد عليه حماران ويقولا "طب يومك".
الكثير من أجواء المتعة في المسطحات المائية وعليها
أهل بريمن يعرفون كيفية الاستمتاع: قهوة ذات سمعة عالمية وأرقى أنواع الشوكولاتة وتوابل نادرة وأطباق أسماك ليس لها مثيل، وأخيراً وليس بآخر أنواع الجعة العالمية التي يجدها السائح في أكثر من 1000 من الحانات والمقاهي والمطاعم ومطاعم الوجبات السريعة والبارات. ناهيك عن المتاجر فائقة الروعة التي تبدو وكأنها قادمة من عصر آخر.
وفي وسط بريمن وعلى بعد خطوات من ميدان ماركت بلاتس، حيث موسيقيي مدينة بريمن، يوجد مجمع شلاخته، مجمع احتفالي حديث التصميم يطل على نهر فيزر. ولا سيما عندما يكون الطقس رائعاً تنبض الحياة هنا، ويمكن عندئذ الاستمتاع بمنظر بديع من الشرفات والحدائق المطلة على المياه. وفي موسم الصيف تتاح لضيوف مجمع شلاخته حوالي 2000 مقعد في حدائق احتساء الجعة والمتنزهات الصيفية - وتستمر أجواء المتعة حتى منتصف الليل. وعند قيامك بجولة صغيرة أو كبيرة فسوف تمر على عوامة مارتيني أنليجر في مجمع شلاخته، على سبيل المثال للقيام بجولة في نهر فيزر والميناء. وحتى عند تواجدك في مياه بريمن فسوف تستمتع بالأطباق الشهية: على متن السفن أمام مجمع شلاخته ينتظر الزوار أطباقاً مفعمة بالتنوع ما بين أطباق بيراتندينر "عشاء القراصنة" بطعم المغامرة وأطباق "الكرنب والسجق" بطعم الرحلات، بالإضافة إلى الوجبة المحلية المميزة للشمال الألماني.
وباستمرار في التوجه إلى أسفل النهر، في حي فيجيزاك، نجد العادات البحرية العريقة في عبائتها تامة العناية. وهناك تقدم المدينة عالم من المعايشات المتنوعة من خلال منازل القباطنة وحي الميناء بما فيه من حصون بحرية وما تقدمه من عروض تأجير السفن والقيام برحلات بحرية في نهري فيزر وليزوم. توجد السفينة التدريبية للبحارة الألمان منذ عام 1996 في حير فيجيزاك، وهي تعد السفينة الوحيدة الباقية من تاريخ الملاحة الألمانية القديم. ولا يقتصر العرض على رؤية السفينة، بل إنه يمكن أيضاً الصعود عليها والمبيت على متنها: بالكاد توجد أجواء بحرية أكثر من ذلك

8-Bonn: a new lease of life for Germany's former capital.
There are few cities in recent history that have to live with the label of 'ex-capital city', but Bonn is one of them. Nevertheless, those who thought Bonn would fade into obscurity without its capital status have been proven wrong. Previously known as the 'federal village', and now an internationally renowned hub of commerce and culture, Bonn comes across as assured and cosmopolitan as ever.
It was certainly not the worst of times when Bonn was the capital of western Germany. To this day, the 'Bonn Republic' is symbolic of diplomacy, democracy and Germany's post-war recovery. The fittingly named 'Path of Democracy' walking tour takes in sights of historical interest in the former government quarter. Authentic sites of Germany's political past now open to visitors include Schaumburg Palace, the Chancellor's Bungalow and the former parliament chamber. The Bonn Republic can also be revisited at the Museum of the History of the Federal Republic of Germany, the starting point of the 'Path of Democracy'. The many exhibits in the permanent collection, including Adenauer's famous Mercedes, documents, photos and film footage, rekindle memories and illustrate the historical and political background to events between the post-war period and reunification. Bonn is much more than just the former capital of Germany, however. It enjoys widespread renown as a city of the arts, for example. Internationally acclaimed Bonn Theatre is a top destination for discerning audiences, while the Schauspiel Biennale festival, first held in 1992, has also gained a worldwide following. As the birthplace of Beethoven, Bonn honors its world-famous son during the Beethoven Festival, a series of concerts held every September and October that spreads the joy of classical music. The Rhine in Flames music and firework spectacular gives the city another reason to celebrate. During the festivities, a flotilla of illuminated boats sails along the river accompanied by magical explosions of lights in the night sky and bombastic sounds.
Bonn confirms its reputation as one of Germany's finest centers for art with two of the country's most important art museums – the Bonn Museum of Art and the Art and Exhibition Hall of the Federal Republic of Germany, otherwise known as the Federal Art Gallery. The Museum of Art features one of the most extensive collections of German Expressionism, as well as German modern art and international prints after 1945. The Federal Art Gallery, meanwhile, has an even higher calling. Its raison d'être is to display Germany's 'intellectual and cultural riches' in an appropriate setting and to promote an ongoing international dialogue between culture and politics. These may sound like lofty ambitions, but the many millions who visit every year attest to the museum's success. Many other museums in the city attract visitor numbers that are almost as impressive, with people coming in their hundreds of thousands. Among these is the Bonn German Museum, whose 100 contemporary masterpieces of science and technology are a big draw for tech-fans. August Macke House, the Women's Museum, the Academic Art Museum and the municipal museum all have devoted fanbases too. The city is even a gallery in itself, with many outstanding works of art on public display, including Victor Vasarely's Juridicum facade, Henry Moore's 'Large Two Forms' in front of the former Federal Chancellery and 'Die Wolkenschale' by Hans Arp at the university library. 8 - بون : الحياة ألثانيه للعاصمه ألسابقه
من اعتقد ثانية بعد مرور 20 عاماً أن بون سقطت بدون أية آثار شرفية للعاصمة وراحت في سبات عميق فهو واهم. المدينة الواقعة على نهر الراين، التي كان يطلق عليها قديماً "القرية الاتحادية" وهي الآن تعد مدينة اقتصادية وثقافية من الطراز العالمي، تقدم ذاتها في صورة سماتها الثقة بالذات والحيوية والهدوء أيضاً. وعلى الصعيد السياسي أيضاً فإن دور بون لا يزال قائماً: باعتبارها "المقر الثاني" لجمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية ومقراً لمنشآت عالمية تابعة للأمم المتحدة يبلغ عددها 16 منشأة وللعديد من المنظمات العالمية الأخرى.
جمهورية بون: "الزمن القديم الجميل"
