Updates at our building at Gate 1: 2 extra large apts only a 2 minute walk to the morning & afternoon drive-in/out. Private, highly convenient with restaurants, bakery, butcher shop all across the street. Incoming guests enjoy their own private en-suite washers and dryers, king beds, fully stocked kitchen, SMART TV, etc.

Our Story

After 15 years of owning and operating The Homestead Hotel & Properties, we remain truly passionate and dedicated to our guiding principles: providing the very best temporary lodging in the area, keeping our guests’ needs at the forefront of everything we do.

Our expansion projects remain on track for this summer 2019. Currently, we offer a total of 16 fully equipped temporary apartments for short or extended-stays in Grafenwoehr and nearby surrounding areas. We will be adding two additional apartments with direct access into Grafenwoehr-Tower Barracks very soon! Stay tuned!
