Update about our Barceló Bees 🐝🐝

Spring 2024 started well and surprisingly early; nature was partly on the move about 3 weeks earlier than last year.

But unfortunately, the unstable weather, the relatively low temperatures and the many rainy days of the last few weeks have not only caused problems for us humans, but also for the bees.

As a result, they have already used up a lot of their accumulated supplies in the so-called flowering gap between spring and summer flowering - which was particularly long this year.

Since we let the bees overwinter on their own honey, there will again be no surplus this year that would allow a honey harvest.

We keep you updated about our B! Bees 🐝 and wish you all a lovely summer.

Since the 27 of March 2023, Claudia Stumkat is our Director of Sales and Marketing at Barceló Hamburg. She came from the Canary Islands to Hamburg and brings 14 years of work experience in Barceló Hotel Group. She brings Spanish flair to Hamburg and will love to meet you at Barceló Hamburg!
