After a few hours of work on our new Corratec Bikes we profited from the nice weather to do a test ride.
What can we say: the combination of the new CX-motor with the derailleur gear is really striking and the new design a real eye-catcher.
Though, even more impressive was the destination of our tour, the Jexhof, a small but very interesting Open Air Museum with old Bavarian farmhouses. Beautiful buildings of terrific proportions.

Just a couple of days ago, the society "Bayern Innovativ", under the auspices of the minister of state for economy, energy and technology, Franz Josef Pschierer, invited high-ranking speakers to the symposium "E-Mobilität im Tourismus" (e-mobility in tourism) in Tegernsee. One of the speakers was our CEO Christoph who presented our concept of "Kunst schöner Reisen". We are honoured and proud that our continued development of e-Bike-tours is met with so much positive response.

While preparing the upcoming season, Christoph paid a visit to the wintery Auvergne. Seeing these pictures it is easy to understand that he was very much keen on what he saw. And who knows, maybe one day we will do a tour there …

For sure, our picnics cannot compete with his cuisine, nevertheless we seized the one or other impulse. Until today, regional and seasonal products freshly bought on the market are the most important in “Monsieur Pauls” cuisine. He paved the way for the “Nouvelle Cuisine”, though he didn’t like at all the later versions with mini-portions.
By the way, his nickname “Croque Madame” has nothing to do with his non-existing love for fast food, but with his devotion to the female. Almost at the age of 80, he admitted in his biography that for decades he was living together with a number of women: Raymonde, Raymone and Patricia…
