Wies'n over - Oktober begins! And with this time in the year there starts the season of pumpkins in our cuisine. Besides the autumn stands for savoury meat meals accompanied by more and more winter vegetables. Now your customers will also have the feeling to want some nice warm coffee or tea with their dessert. We can offer you both, freshly brewed coffee as well as a variety of traditional "Eilles" tea selection.
Here are some recommendations for a full autumn meal aboard:
- starter: Pumpkin soup with seeds
- 1st: Risotto with mushrooms and fresh herbs
- 2nd: Loin of Irish lamb herb crust with beans and potato gratin
- dessert: apple-almond tray-baked cake
