Von München bis New York läuft gerade überall das Spiel. n der Lobby, im Aufenthaltsraum, nach der Schicht gemeinsam beim Public Viewing. 🇬🇧⬇️ | Anniversary | Von der Frühstücksmitarbeiterin im Motel One Berlin-Hauptbahnhof bis zum Supervisor One Lounge im Motel One Berlin-Bellevue – Inka hat bei Motel One eine beeindruckende Reise gemacht. 🩵

2013 fing alles an. Als Frühstücksmitarbeiterin im Motel One Berlin-Hauptbahnhof legte sie den Grundstein und arbeitete sich zum Supervisor Frühstück im Motel One Berlin-Alexanderplatz hoch, eine Rolle, die sie auch nach ihrer Elternzeit wieder mit vollem Einsatz ausgefüllt hat. Heute trägt sie als Supervisor One Lounge im Motel One Berlin-Bellevue Verantwortung für ihr Team, mit derselben Ruhe und Verlässlichkeit wie von Anfang an.
Ihre Hotel Managerin Yvonne Pantke bringt es auf den Punkt :
„Egal wie groß die Herausforderung oder Krise auch ist : Wenn Inka da ist, wird eine Lösung gefunden. Sie bewahrt Ruhe, denkt mit, packt an und schafft es immer wieder, anderen Sicherheit und Zuversicht zu geben."

13 Jahre. Drei Häuser. Eine unglaubliche Geschichte. Danke, Inka – auf viele weitere gemeinsame Jahre ! 🥂

From Breakfast Team Member at Motel One Berlin-Hauptbahnhof to Supervisor One Lounge at Motel One Berlin-Bellevue – Inka has had an impressive journey at Motel One. 🩵

It all started in 2013. She laid the foundation as a breakfast team member at Motel One Berlin-Hauptbahnhof and worked her way up to Breakfast Supervisor at Motel One Berlin-Alexanderplatz, a role she returned to with full commitment after her maternity leave. Today, as Supervisor One Lounge at Motel One Berlin-Bellevue, she leads her team with the same calm and reliability as from the very beginning.

Her Hotel Manager Yvonne Pantke says it best :
"No matter how big the challenge or crisis : when Inka is there, a solution will be found. She stays calm, thinks ahead, gets involved and always manages to give others a sense of security and confidence."

13 years. Three hotels. One incredible story. Thank you, Inka – here's to many more years together ! 🥂

🇬🇧⬇️ | Hospitality Goals | Das ist Camilla. Sie ist die allererste Auszubildende im Motel One Karlsruhe und hat im Mai 2026 ihre Ausbildung zur Hotelfachfrau erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Mit ihrer herzlichen Art und ihrem Lächeln hat sie jeden begeistert. Angefangen in Köln, gewechselt nach Karlsruhe und jetzt übernommen ins Team. Genau so sieht eine Karriere bei Motel One aus !
