This document provides essential information for travellers interested in joining our Holy Land Pilgrimage
scheduled for September 2025. It clarifies meeting points, pricing structure, flight arrangements, and options for
customizing your spiritual journey. We've also included details about potential add-on experiences in Denmark for
those wishing to extend their travel.

Meeting Point & Tour Start
Tel Aviv Meeting Point
All participants will meet in Tel Aviv
on the scheduled tour date. This
vibrant coastal city serves as our
gathering location before we
embark on our spiritual journey
through the Holy Land.
Airport Transfers
We provide complimentary pickup
service from Tel Aviv to transfer all
pilgrims to our hotel
accommodations. This ensures a
smooth and hassle-free start to
your pilgrimage experience.
Tour Commencement
The official tour program begins the
day after arrival, allowing travellers
time to rest and prepare for the
meaningful journey ahead through
biblical sites and sacred locations.
Tour Pricing Structure
1 Base Package: ¬3,000
This comprehensive price
applies to all travellers who
meet us in Tel Aviv.
The package includes quality
hotel accommodations
throughout the journey,
expert guided tours at all
sacred and historical sites,
comfortable ground
transportation between
locations, and select meals
during your stay.
2 What's Not Included
Flights to and from Tel Aviv
are not included in the ¬3,000
package price. Participants
will need to arrange their own
air transportation to the
meeting point in Tel Aviv.
Personal expenses, optional
activities, and some meals
are also not covered.
3 Original Danish Package
While the original tour was
designed for travelers
departing from Denmark
(with flights included), we've
adapted the pricing for
international participants
joining directly in Tel Aviv.
Flight Arrangements
International Travel Responsibility
All pilgrims are responsible for booking their own
flights to and from Tel Aviv. We recommend arriving
on the designated tour start date to ensure you don't
miss the group transfer to our first accommodation.
When booking flights, consider arrival times that allow
for potential delays while still making the group
transfer. We suggest booking fully refundable or
changeable tickets in case of unexpected schedule
changes.
Denmark Connection Options
Participants are welcome to depart from Denmark at
their own expense if they prefer. This might be
convenient for those who wish to spend time in
Denmark before joining the Holy Land tour.
Please note that any personal travel, accommodation,
or other expenses incurred in Denmark prior to the
official tour start are not covered in the ¬3,000
package price and would be the traveller's
responsibility.

Jerusalem's Old City
Walk the Via Dolorosa following
Christ's path, visit the Church of
the Holy Sepulchre, pray at the
Western Wall, and experience the
diverse quarters of this ancient
city where multiple faiths
converge in profound spiritual
significance.
Sea of Galilee Region
Visit Capernaum where Jesus
performed miracles, sail on the
Sea of Galilee, explore the Mount
of Beatitudes, and discover
Tabgha where the multiplication
of loaves and fish occurred.
Bethlehem & Nazareth
Experience the birthplace of Jesus
at the Church of the Nativity in
Bethlehem and visit Nazareth's
Basilica of the Annunciation where
the angel Gabriel appeared to
Mary.
Jordan River & Dead Sea
Visit the baptismal site at the
Jordan River and enjoy the unique
experience of floating in the
mineral-rich waters of the Dead
Sea, the lowest point on Earth.

itinerary where logistically

participants.

can arrange special prayer
services, meetings with local
religious leaders, or visits to

to your faith tradition. These

Extended Stay Options
If you wish to extend your stay
in Israel before or after the
official tour dates, we can
provide recommendations for
accommodations and activities,
though these arrangements
would be separate from the tour
package.

feasibility and make appropriate arrangements. While we strive to accommodate all requests, some modifications
may not be possible due to scheduling or logistical constraints.
Optional Denmark Tour
Extension
For pilgrims interested in exploring Danish history and culture, we offer
the possibility of organizing a separate tour in Denmark either before or
after your Holy Land pilgrimage. This optional extension provides an
excellent opportunity to experience Scandinavian heritage, visit historic
churches and castles, and enjoy the renowned Danish hospitality.
1 Cultural Highlights
Visit Copenhagen's historic sites including Rosenborg Castle,
Christiansborg Palace, and the iconic Little Mermaid statue.
Experience Denmark's rich Viking heritage at the National
Museum and explore beautiful medieval churches throughout the
country.
2 Separate Arrangement
The Denmark extension would be arranged as a separate tour
package with its own pricing structure. Please inquire directly for
