Frisholt is still a guest house where the emphasis is on homely comfort and warmth, and we want our guests to feel welcome, just as they always have. Today, the house is the setting for visits from all over the world and the international element blends harmoniously with Danish traditions, Danish
hospitality, fellowship and history. The values around which the family built up the company still ap
ply to this day. In the dining room, we serve the very best that our kitchen can produce. Today, professional chefs prepare menus inspired by the world the guests come from, based on Danish ingredients. Where possible, we pick herbs from our own herb garden and game from the woodland around Frisholt. Naturally, we take into account any special requirements and eating habits of our guests. Before dinner, guests have the opportunity to relax after the day’s programme. This might be on our golf driving range in the grounds or the petanque pitch, a walk in the beautiful countryside or a moment of relaxation on the terrace. After dinner, guests relax with coffee in the lounge, or spend a fun evening in the bar or karaoke café. The song of the blackbird replaces the alarm clock after a night in the peaceful woodland surroundings. The breakfast buffet in the dining room has something to satisfy all
guests, be they hungry larks or sleepy-headed owls who need nothing more than a goodcup of coffee.
