This month, we’re celebrating our latest ‘Sidekick’ at Hotel Danmark (our take on ‘Employee of the Month’)
Agustina's journey into hospitality started in a pretty unforgettable way. Back in 2014, she was selected as a Pastry Chef for Cirque du Soleil when they visited her home country, Argentina. With her culinary background, language skills, and passion for people, one exciting opportunity quickly led to the next.
When she later moved to Copenhagen and discovered Brøchner Hotels, she didn’t hesitate for a second. Agustina joined the team in December 2024, drawn to the balance between professionalism, teamwork, and the positive atmosphere that makes Brøchner Hotels feel special.
Today, Agustina is part of the breakfast team at Hotel Danmark, serving up warm welcomes, positive energy, and feel-good mornings. For her, breakfast is more than just food… it’s about creating the kind of start to the day guests will remember long after check-out.
Her favorite part of the job?
“The interaction with our guests. Seeing their pleasant surprise when our exchange goes beyond the ordinary.”

𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗜𝗣: Agustina recommends Nonna Café, close to Hotel Danmark, for delicious cappuccinos and authentic Argentine alfajores packed with dulce de leche.
𝗙𝗨𝗡 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗧: Agustina has a background in sports psychology and eating behaviour. She has unofficially become the breakfast team’s “wellness motivator” encouraging gym sessions, runs, hydration, and extra protein whenever she can.
