Woodah Boutique Hostel

Woodah Boutique Hostel A small hostel with a big heart It all started when staying at Len Hostel in Kyoto Kawaramachi, Japan. In Copenhagen, Denmark, we found what we were looking for.

If a hostel can be like this, then we want to create one in Europe. A small genuine hostel with that great potential to become not only an amazing hostel, but one of the leading boutique hostels of the world. Imagine if Raffles were a hostel. Imagine if Soho House were a hostel. Imagine if Chateau Marmont were a hostel. You got it. That’s what we are aiming for. We are far from our vision, but we are on the way and we work hard to get there. Mikkel and Gabriel

This is Hande from Istanbul. It’s her third time in Copenhagen and first time staying with us, which makes us very happy. Hande is a true tea lover and recommends one of our communal areas for a cup of morning, lunch, afternoon or evening tea. But don’t even think about the corner by the window. That’s Hande’s spot.

”If you’re craving authentic sushi .dk in Nørrebro is the place to go! If you’re looking for Asian grocery’s I recommend going to in the meat packing district (5 minutes walk from Woodah) where they also sell fresh sashimi. And you cannot miss going to - a danish/japanese fusion bakery. Best of two worlds!

Lastly, I want to recommend the beautiful sightseeing spot Kastellet, and especially during the annual Japanese that is held the 20th and the 21th of April this year! ”🌸

This is lovely Georgina visiting from Australia. She is travelling around Europe and spending a couple of days in Copenhagen.

What’s best with Copenhagen? – I loved going to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art for the art, scenery and great food. And the smørrebrød at Dyrehaven are amazing. Other than that, I recommend just strolling “indre by” and vintage shopping at Kbhvintage.

Thank you for staying with us and see you again soon, Georgina!
