Full Time Leader in Bar/Reception

We are the first ever capsule hotel of Copenhagen, offering travelers a unique experience. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Full Time Responsible to join our team and ensure the effectiveness of our day-to-day operations. Our capsule hotel consists of the HK, reception, and bar.
You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the daily activities across HK, reception, and bar:

1. Reception:
Ensure our team is delivering an excellent customer service experience for guests during
check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay, and solving reception tasks efficiently.

2. Bar and Lounge:
Monitor the bar and lounge area by guaranteeing a clean, proper, and enjoyable environment for guests. Collaborate closely with our operations manager to make sure bar/reception is well-stocked, organized and clean.

3. Daily organisation:
Coordinate daily tasks and assignments to ensure all operational areas are adequately staffed and functioning smoothly. Make sure all tasks are finished properly.

4. Guest Experience:
Make sure that all staff are addressing guest feedback and concerns. Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism among the operations team.

7. Safety and Compliance:
Enforce adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all areas for our team.

Requirements:
- Personal traits of organizing and cleanliness
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management, preferable within reception and bar operations.
- Leadership skills and team spirit
- Proficient problem-solving in a dynamic environment
- General knowledge of local hospitality regulations and safety standards
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Housekeeper Wanted for Hotel

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable housekeeper to join our team at a small hotel.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work on a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard

Change bed linens and replenish towels and amenities as required

Report any maintenance issues or broken items to management

Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues

Requirements:

Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
Strong communication skills
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a team environment
