Origin: Kaiserstuhl - Winzer Cuvee
Type of wine: Red wine Cuvee Dry
Very colorful. This blend offers a dense and spicy aromas of wild berries, peppers, Ofeffer, cinnamon and clove fine. Astonishingly harmonious in the mouth with well-structured tannins of great sustainability. It consists of the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Dorsa, which combine here in perfect harmony.
Food pairing: Best suited for rich meat dishes and game. Will also make pepper steak and fondue (beef and Kalnsfilet) a good figure.
Area: BADEN / Kaiserstuhl Bischoffingen floor: weathered volcanic rock
