We are located approximately 10 minutes drive from downtown Nykøbing F. and 20 minuted drive from Gedser (ferry to Rostock). ---- General transport to and from 1st SeaSide is best done by car or taxi. The public bus system in the region is not very functional or logic. It is a bit sophisticated to use. ---- Bike and car safety. We have good storage for your bikes and a big parking area for cars and trucks. The local area is quite safe and well patrolled by authorities. The neighbourhood consists of high income village residents. ---- Mastercard and Visa accepted. ---- Room Charges, Incl Breakfast: *Double Room w SeaView (shared bathroom): High season: 750 DKK Low season: 700 DKK *Double Room w Garden View (shared bathroom): High season: 650 DKK Low season: 600 DKK *Above rooms are with shared bathroom. ------- Double room, Seaview, Balcony/Patio, own bathroom, own entrance. Note: it is on first floor, stairs are only access.
