Most people don’t find places like this until they’re already here.

Casa Brisa is tucked inside a quiet 5-villa property in ProCab, where most of the units are long-term and the pace just feels different.

It’s an open, treehouse-style 2-bedroom space with a small loft nook, constant breeze, and a quieter feel overall.

Mornings are slow and evenings are quiet. You’re close to everything, but it never feels like it.

Casita del Sol (our other villa) is already fully booked through March 2027, so Casa Brisa is the only remaining availability for 2026 and what’s left is limited.

The most flexibility right now is between now and mid-December before the calendar tightens again.

Since taking over this property in December, a lot has changed.

Not just in one or two units, but across the entire property.

What was once neglected has been completely brought back to life through months of renovations, upgrades, and improvements designed to create a comfortable, reliable place to stay in Cabarete.

We’ve tackled everything from the major projects to the small details: new cana roofs, extensive landscaping, backup power systems with inverters, Starlink WiFi, updated furniture and appliances, air conditioning, and countless improvements throughout the property.

The goal wasn’t simply to renovate, it was to create a property that feels clean, consistent, well-maintained, and enjoyable to call home, whether you’re staying for a few weeks or a few months.

Casitas del Sol y Mar is a 5-unit property, but only two villas, Casita del Sol and Casa Brisa, are available for guest stays.

The remaining units are occupied by long-term residents, helping maintain the quiet, stable atmosphere that many of our guests are looking for.

Because of that, the property is adult-oriented and not a good fit for children.

We’re currently filling low-season availability and are especially interested in longer stays of 3–6 months, although shorter stays are welcome as well.

It’s not a resort, and it’s not trying to be.

It’s simply a peaceful, well-kept place to stay in one of the best areas of Cabarete, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else the town has to offer.
