We're taking a moment to make Sublime Samana even more sublime 💚

Starting September 1st, Sublime Samana will temporarily close its doors to undergo a series of carefully planned renovations. We will be back to welcome you on October 8th, refreshed and ready to welcome you the personalized experience we are known for.

We are looking forward to this new and exciting chapter at the hotel ✨

*Light maintenance work will continue through October and we are committed to ensuring minimal disruption for our guests.

Entre Mar y Mesa is built on one simple idea: the shorter the distance between catch and plate, the better the dish. Our local fishermen bring their catch straight to Sublime’s shore, and it goes straight into our kitchen 🎣

This is what “fresh” means at Sublime Samana. Our chef and sous chef work with what the sea gives them, shaping each dish around it rather than the other way around 🌊💚
