Juan Dolio - beautiful part of the Dominican Republic. We stayed there just for few hours on our way to Samana but we enjoyed it.
Beautiful clear sea. Typical dominican strong small sweet coffee doesn’t let you to sleep when driving 😁
We like chinola (passion fruit) juice and it was very nice there all over ❤️

Do you like adventure time close to nature? Enjoy this Ecolodge directly in tropical forest. Do you expect mosquitos there? Don’t worry about! It is higher in mountains that’s why no insect there 👍
The owner, Romana, is very nice, kind and she does her best to show you all miracles of fruit and vegetable which she plants there as well.
Would you like to try typical dominican food or do you want to know about dominican history? You are on the right place ❤️

A little bit longer trip but it can be very nice and interesting experience. Name of the location is Las Terrenas.
It is non turistic part of the Dominican Republic, that’s why it is authentic. From Punta Cana you go by highway and bedore Santo Domingo you leave this way and you keep going on comfortable way.
These pictures are from beach club El Mosquito Boutique Hotel. We were the on the beach, we had great food and we enjoyed quiet relaxing place. Restaurant on the beach, sunbeds available 👍

Beach at Miches. Local beach where you can spend nice day with local music, drink 😉 and food. We visited restaurant Brisa Mar on the beach. Everything takes long time 😂 like everywhere in the Dominican Republic. But we liked authentic atmosphere there.

Lonely beach far from turistic area. Do you like this kind of traveling or do you prefere to be in the centre of hotels and resorts?
Do you like to go for a walk or it is not your style and you prefere to lay down on the closest beach?
This beach is on the way to Miches, about one hour by car from our apartment.
And if we weren’t lazy, we could have amazing pictures from the end of the beach 🤷‍♀️☀️🌴 Next time 😁

Do you like to be pampered during your vacation? 😉 We do 😁 That’s why we go for manicure, pedicure. You can go inside of the resort or to local shop. In the resort it costs more, of course.
We go normaly in Punta Cana to Jumbo shopping mall where saloon is. We like to buy a coffee next door at Santo Domingo Cafe. It is not necessary to book in advance.
Normally we pay about 30-40USD + tip.
We love local atmospere there 🇩🇴❤️
