surroun ded with beautiful tall coconut trees on each side, over looking the Pacific Ocean. From the first time we came to Cojimies, the peace and tranquility was magical! Originally we thought about getting a small place here for ourselves. But, we thought a beautiful place like this needs to be shared. So, we took on a new adventure and build a small hotel where people can come and visit this beautiful area. Since "Hotel Isla Bonita" is on a beachfront property, guests will be able to enjoy long walks and sunsets on the beach. Guests can take part in other activities, such as kayaking, banana boating, sailing, fishing, and scuba diving in the open ocean or in the estuary. Boats are available to take you to desolate islands, where you can relax for the day. For the more adventurous guests, we have several day trips available upon request. We opened "Hotel Isla Bonita" March 1, 2014. Since opening day, we have also added on a restaurant, balcony, and pool. For those coming from out of the country, we have all-inclusive guided group tours (with a translator) to "Hotel Isla Bonita" and also take you to visit other sights in Ecuador.
