Latitude1 B and B is a charming property constructed from a combination of stone, brick and natural wood throughout, with wood plank ceilings, beams and posts featuring unique joinery crafted by a skilled shipwright. Main home features 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, upstairs loft with billiards table, living area with flat screen TV, DVD player and Netflix, gourmet kitchen and dining room with seating for 8. Separate upstairs balcony for private massages. Master bedroom upstairs has ocean view and private bathroom with large walk in shower. King-size bed with luxurious linens.
2 bedrooms upstairs share a full bath with walk in shower. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other has one full-size bed and a twin bed. The forth bedroom upstairs has a queen sized bed and a private bath with a walk in shower. Free WiFi is included. There is a grill and barbecue on the covered veranda for family gatherings and meals outdoors. Also, a large table with seating for eight for outdoor dining. In addition, there is a comfortable sectional couch and coffee table for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. Interaction with Guests

Our softly sloping, sandy beach makes swimming easy, no rocks! Surfing lessons are available nearby. Full time housekeeper and gardener are included Monday through Friday, 8-5. Getting Around
Montañita is a short 10 minutes south, featuring dancing, restaurants and bars in the evening. Taxis are on-call anytime and the local buses run every 20-30 minutes. Other Things to Note
Awake each morning to the sounds of birds singing and the smell of freshly brewed coffee to be enjoyed on the veranda. A delicious breakfast awaits you including fresh fruit, cereal, eggs to order and pastries. Then off to explore! A 30 minute bus ride north is Puerto Lopez, where tours can be taken to go snorkeling, fishing or to see the whales breaching. Also, at Isla de la Plata there are sites for world-class bird watching where half-day to full-day tours are offered!
