A very successful brew day yesterday with the new owners of Rio Blanco and a whole new batch is fermenting as we speak. Stop by Trebol this evening and meet the Rio Crew, Hugh and Colette, enjoy some fine Ivy House brews and listen to some tunes by Julian. It's official now, the changing of the guards has taken place!

Pete's Irish Red makes its debut today, named in honor of our friend who graciously donated his time to help us out during brew day. Mildly hoppy, full bodied, and crisp on the palate, this is an excellent all around beer to enjoy any time!
