Hello there,
We are looking for a new general manager to run our group of 5 hostels (toth.ee) in and around Tallinn’s Old Town. Though we expect a professional approach: partying, having fun and socializing with guests is what should keep you going.
We are looking for somebody with:
- organizing skills
- staff management skills
- high cleaning standards
- customer service/people-skills
- an eye for details
- proactive thinking skills
- outgoing personality
What we need you to do is:
- make sure all hostels are run smoothly on an operational level
- manage the staff
- handle the duties that come with the job (front desk, cleaning, administration/cash handling, back office systems, etc)
As it is not a 9-5 job, we need your full dedication. Experience as a hostel manager or worker is a huge plus.
