Hello there,

We are looking for a new general manager to run our group of 5 hostels (toth.ee) in and around Tallinn’s Old Town. Though we expect a professional approach: partying, having fun and socializing with guests is what should keep you going.

We are looking for somebody with:
- organizing skills
- staff management skills
- high cleaning standards
- customer service/people-skills
- an eye for details
- proactive thinking skills
- outgoing personality

What we need you to do is:
- make sure all hostels are run smoothly on an operational level
- manage the staff
- handle the duties that come with the job (front desk, cleaning, administration/cash handling, back office systems, etc)

As it is not a 9-5 job, we need your full dedication. Experience as a hostel manager or worker is a huge plus.

What we offer you, apart from the time of your life, is free accommodation, a decent salary and bonuses based on performances, as well as staff priced drinks and food.

We are looking for volunteers to join us ASAP!

Are you travelling around the Baltics and felt in love with this tiny part of the world? Have you been a guest of us and want to come back and be part of the team that made you feel like home?

We need volunteers to help us through the autumn and winter season. This means free accommodation for you in our staff dorm in exchange for just 24 hours of reception/cleaning per week.

We had a potluck dinner and our guests and staff cooked dishes from their own countries... What a feast it was!
