tel was opened in summer 2014. The hotel has 4 apartments with sunny spacious balconies. The apartments are decorated using pastel colours. Each apartment can accommodate five people and has two bedrooms (with twin beds), a living room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary electric appliances, kitchenware, a TV-set, bed linen and towels, etc. On the ground floor of the hotel, there is a spacious lounge with a fireplace and a kitchen. The lounge can seat up to 24 people. There is also a sauna with a shower room, a laundry room with washing and drying machines, a toilet. Furthermore, there is an additional bedroom with two twin beds. The drying room is available in the building. It is possible to book the whole hotel and accommodate 22 people. If additional folding beds are used the hotel can accommodate up to 25 people. Starting from the summer of 2018, there is also a separate house for 5 people. The house is situated 20 meters from the main building, and it has a separate sauna (complimentary), a fireplace, a small kitchen, and a terrace for grilling. The bus stop Vidrike is situated in 150 metres of the hotel. Check – in is available at any time. On the territory of the hotel, there is a private parking, a shed for bicycles, ski and other sport equipment. There is a picnic area and a barbeque shed in the garden, equipped with all the necessary utensils, table and chairs. There is also a children’s playground. In summer, the guests can use a sand volleyball court. Numerous bicycle routes start near Karumetsa Apartment. In winter, the hotel can be easily accessed on skis. Included in the apartment price: free Wi – Fi internet access in all the rooms of the hotel, towels and linen, private parking on the premises of the hotel, barbeque utensils, the use of the lounge, laundry room, volleyball court, children’s playground, and sport equipment storage shed. rahvusvaheliselt tuntud talvespordilinn ning turismikeskus. Otepää on ka Eesti talvepealinn. Otepää paikneb Eesti linnadest kõige kõrgemal-kuni 150 meetrit merepinnast. Lisaks sellele saab Otepääl nautida aastaringselt teisi
spordialasid ning kultuuriüritusi. Karumetsa puhkemajas on neli avarat apartementi suurte rõdudega. Igas apartemendis on kaks magamistuba, suur elutuba lahtikäiva diivani ning televiisoriga, avatud köök, rõdu ning tualett duširuumiga. Apartement on varustatud köögitarvikutega, voodipesu, rätikute ning muude vajalike tarvikutega. Ühes apartemendis on võimalik majutada kuni viis inimest.
