We have successfully completed the inspection, maintenance, and supply of the required spare parts for an ocean-going vessel under the flag of Panama 🇵🇦, after our workshop was notified of the failure while the ship was anchored at the outer anchorage area in Egyptian territorial waters.

⚙️ The failure was found in the gearbox of the mooring and forward anchor winches.
A full maintenance operation was carried out, followed by trials and sea tests, all completed within 24 hours of continuous work, with warranty activation.

تم بحمد الله الانتهاء من أعمال الكشف والصيانة وإمداد قطع الغيار اللازمة لأحد مراكب أعالي البحار التي ترفع علم بنما 🇵🇦، وذلك بعد إخطار ورشتنا بالعطل أثناء رسو السفينة بمنطقة المخطاف الخارجي بالمياه الإقليمية المصرية.

🔧 كان العطل في جيربوكس أوناش الرباط والمخاطيف الأمامية،
وقد تمت عمليات الصيانة الكاملة وإجراء التجارب والاختبارات البحرية خلال 24 ساعة فقط من العمل المتواصل، مع تفعيل مده الضمان.

تم الانتهاء والتسليم بعد اجراء الاختبارات وكشف الاعطال وصيانتها والتأكد من اعمال الصيانه بالتجارب البحريه لنظام غلق وفتح العنابر الخاصه بأحد سفن أعالي البحار لنقل البضائع السائبه والتي تُبحر تحت علم ST Kitts Nevis 🇰🇳
وتفعيل مده ضمان ٦ شهور من تاريخ تسليم اعمال الصيانه من قبل ورشتنا ل قوه الباخره

بوست النهاردة بعنوان طول ما تانك الهيدروليك بتاعك فيه رايش ومش محافظ ع صيانتك الدورية وتعمل check ع الزيت كل ٣ شهور وتغيير الفلاتر بتاعت الدايره كل ٦ شهور يبقي النتيجه انك بتدمر معدتك ومع الوقت هتصرف مبالغ ضخمه لامكانية استرجاع المعده لوضع التشغيل
الحاله بتاعت النهارده لاحد الاوناش البحري علي سفينه تجاريه اعالي البحار بميناء الشارقه بدولة الامارات الا بعد القيام بعمليات الفحص واكتشاف الاعطال تبين وجود كتل كبيره من الرايش داخل تانك الهيدروليك مما ادي تدمير الأجزاء الرئيسيه للدائرة مثل :
١-الطلمبه الرئيسيه
٢- pilot operated relief valves
٣- الماتور الخاص بالدوران

In our Troubleshooting for a deck crane we found a big damaged in a main parts of hydraulic circuit which this problem is due to only one major problem which it’s a dust and alot of metal particles in oil
So, we must take care about Periodic maintenance for hydraulic oil every 3 months we make check of oil
And every 6 month we must change oil from circuit and change hydraulic oil filter to keep efficiency of circuit is good without any problems
▶️ during our troubleshooting we found a damaged in a main component in circuit e.g :
1- main hydraulic pump
2- pilot operated relief valve
3- slewing motor
