He can do the following:

Have sales responsibilities that can deliver quick results.
Build GDPR, sales pitches, collateral, messaging, rules of the game, etc.
Formulate accurate sales and sales forecasts and organizational structure.
Managing judicial and daily sales officials, such as training, evaluation, and qualification.
Expand into new markets, release new products, and lead training and production.
