Hands up who saw dry tomato production in Luxor? 🙌
Do you know, that we are also drying local tomatoes on our terrace?
First we dry the tomatoes on the sun, then we put them in ekstra virgin oil, local from Siwa oasis. 🫒
You can try them at our breakfast. 🍅🍅
We dont have a lot at breakfast time, like in a big hotel chains, because we want to give you always fresh, seasonal ingredients. But a lot of things we make by ourselves, like dry tomatoes, croissants, homemade marmelade from mango, dates, kumquat, strawberries…
You will always find homemade pie or cake and many other things that we bake and make at night, before breakfast.❤️❤️
Every country has their favourite things. Asian, especially Indian loves fresh strawberries and everything that we bake or make from strawberry. Europeans loves home made liver pate. Americans loves everything local like falafel and children all around the world pancakes.
And what you love the most? Every morning we have freshly squeezed juice, free of charge.🙂 ❤️
